From forecasting growth to testing new strategies, it gives founders clarity and confidence in planning their company’s future.
I designed Crunchable as a conversational platform that transforms financial planning into an intuitive experience. Founders simply describe their business, and Crunchable guides them with the right questions to generate a complete financial model. Instead of wrestling with spreadsheets, they receive instant insights all automatically updated as their assumptions change. With SaaS-specific features like acquisition modeling, growth tracking, and churn prediction validated against industry benchmarks, Crunchable gives founders the clarity and confidence to make better financial decisions without the complexity.
Mission
Building and running a business comes with countless financial questions: Can I afford to hire? Is it time to invest in marketing? How long is my runway? Crunchable’s mission is to empower entrepreneurs with clear, actionable answers-without requiring them to become financial experts. The tool was designed to simplify financial planning so that founders can focus on growth and strategy.
Solution
I approached Crunchable with the goal of making financial planning feel natural and intuitive. Instead of starting from spreadsheets, we worked closely with founders to understand where they struggled and turned those insights into a conversational flow that guides them step by step.
