A common challenge that companies face when growing is managing structured processes. Often poor clarity on goals, no frequent feedback, and overall misalignment make it hard for teams to find the right focus. In order to help growing companies align the overall strategy with their people’s goals and work to find a shared vision, we built Kinety.
Since it’s our own product, we did it the typical Main Ingredient way: hands-on and user focussed. To find the right focus as a team, we went to Italy for one month to build the core of Kinety. As a result, one shared workspace to align business strategies with people’s personal ambitions is now ready to guide the first growing teams.
Mission
As companies grow, it becomes increasingly difficult to keep everyone aligned and working toward a shared vision. Kinety was created to help organizations connect their business strategy with their people’s individual goals, fostering clarity, focus, and engagement.
Solution
We approached the project the way we always do at The Main Ingredient: hands-on and user-focused. To fully immerse ourselves, our team spent one month in Italy to design and build the core of Kinety together. The result is a shared workspace where business strategy meets personal ambition-helping teams find focus, stay aligned, and work toward a common vision.
Challenge
Many growing teams struggle with unstructured processes: goals are unclear, feedback is irregular, and misalignment makes it hard to focus on what truly matters. The challenge was to design a platform that translates strategy into everyday goals while creating transparency and alignment across the company.
Impact
