The project set out to make business knowledge more open, accessible, and actionable. By creating a platform where teams can share tried-and-tested methods, we aimed to empower people to learn from each other’s successes and failures, and ultimately accelerate collective growth.

We developed the idea of Playbooks, structured around individual Plays that act like chapters of a story. Each Play captures a concrete process: the steps taken, the outcomes, and key learnings. By framing contributions as personal storylines rather than abstract templates, the platform encourages people to share real experiences in a concise and authentic way. Through iteration and testing, we created a system that feels lightweight for contributors and practical for readers.

Knowledge often stays locked within teams or disappears in lengthy documents that are hard to access or apply. The challenge was to design a format that makes sharing business experience both simple to write and valuable to read-short, clear, and immediately useful.

The result is a growing, circular network of shared business knowledge where processes continuously improve through collective input. Teams not only gain insights from peers but also contribute their own experiences, turning individual lessons into a resource that benefits the wider community.
